Tinyipdata translation

The file /data/ipdata/tinyipdata.dat contains a correspondence between IP adress range and the country name.
I can not find an utility to compile/decompile this file

So I can not translate this file for now...

could you still release 2.0 version?
When people get annoyed that country name problem, probably they would come up some ideas to sort out that problem.

I was tried to use this utility for decompile the data file.
Waited fro result about 4 hours... and canceled the program manually

Will look for other tools.
And thanks for the idea!!!

I have an idea!
Do not use the tinyipdata at all!

I can just check the Geo IP Location ONLINE!
Because of there are a lot of free Geo locator on the network...
