Just download the "Qing" template from official template center (from AdminCP).

Or go to ACP -> Forum -> Your forum -> Edit -> Forum Icon -> enter URL or upload own image.

If you want to create a horizontal forums, go to your category -> Edit -> Show sub-forums horizontally -> your value
