How do i disable anonymous posting???

i have a discuz x2 version at http://freewaresociety.co.nr and i my problem is how to disable guest posting. i mean when i log out i can make post then also...that means a user does not needs to register n order to make a post or thread .so can anyone please tell me how to disable this feature.please....

AdminCP -> Users -> User groups -> Restricted members -> Edit -> Forum postings:
Enable create new thread = No
Enable replies = No

thanks a lot....it worked....can how help me with one more thing...my forum is ot showing announcements...it creates the announcements but does not shows it on the site...any idea how do i fix it.?????
