My Discuz does not shows announcements..!!!HELP

my site is http://freewaresociety.co.nr and when i try to create an announcement it does not shows it....creates with success but does not shows it on the main page....if anyone suggests me to update it to the latest version then please tell me how to......

Can you explain to us, how you try to create announcements?
And any other inputs that you think will help us, help you better.
