Request for complete package of X2.5 English version

Hi guys,
I am a newbie and very keen to set up a forum. I want to set up forum that similar to this www.cari.com.my.
I am interested with the X2.5 English version or Multilangguage. But which one is better?
Can anyone provide me the link and step by step how to download all the script needed.

You have to use TortoiseHg to download DiscuzX2.5 International. Then create a new folder, right-click -> TortoiseHg -> Clone. To source field enter repository for engine and languages.

For english you have to download another pack in this same topic... Repo's here:

Download this and copy "en" to your language folder.
