I'll try to prepare a ML version for this module with a single language = SC.
After this we can clone the SC language to any wanted one, and then translate it.

Started allready.
But some unexpected problems occured...
there is no suitable file to place language variables...

I see the language file is translated only.
But there are alot of Chinese words in the tool code itself...
