1) cd source/plugin
2) upload & extract plugin
3) AdminCP -> Extensions ....

sorry for being a pain, but I upload a plugin to the source/plugin folder but there is nothing in the admin panel to install. I checked the plugin tab and the extensions.

Figured out the one mod just didn't work, the other worked great.
