But it should display this

If you uploaded any .torrent file, you will see thar .torrent file.

But you can solve your problem manually:
Just add a textual comment about your .torrent file real content.

attach types apk, chm, pdf, zip, rar, tar, gz, bzip2, gif, jpg, jpeg, png

But doesn't have .torrent file attach type power

I think you have to rewrite the Discuz attach showing functions to handle your torrent files.
That function must check if the attached file extension is '.torrent'.
If no, then show the file name as usual.
But if yes, then first read the torrent file content and show that content instead of the file name itself.
