Your opinion is wrong.
The built-in SEO works only with such type of URLs:
forumID-thrreadID-pageID.
You can look this at the official forum: www.discuz.net.
If you want other SEO engine, you have to find and install another hack for DiscuzX.
(I have heard such type hacks exists, but I did not interested yet)
