Language switch won't work for non-signed in users

I just set up a site (kamloopsbbs.com) using x2.5 ML and it works great for signed in users. But the problem I have is language switch won't work for non-signed in users. The page just reloads and language will stay the same. Anyone else has the same problem? Any hints please? Thanks!

OK, I turned off caching for the homepage and the problem is solved. Why it works for signed in users when the homepage caching was still on? The only logical explanation would be the homepage for signed in users is not cached no matter what.
