Install dx25ML steps and template question

New to here, the step to us x2.5ML is

#1: download the update ML engin

#2: install the language needs to add

it will create the site like International Discuz with lanugage switcher, isn't?

Thanks for the reply, I have installed site

#1 Download DX25ML engin which updated by vot

#2 Download other language pack

all languages are switchable both front and back

Another question:

If I can choose third party template, will all the lanuage work as same?

1) Check, if your template have any national words inside
2) Replace all such type words with the {lang keyword} tag
3) Add multilingual support MANUALLY!! (Compare and diff with the default template).
