i have Discuz! X2.5 ML Release 20130201
how to upgrade to the latest Release 20130222.

how to DO that,i have to re download the latest version & overwrite it?

You have to say to your TortoiseHG:
- Hey Torto! Go to the repository, check what is renewed, and download all the changed files into my working copy! Right NOW!

The HG command for this is "hg pull".
