update notice?? should i do or not?

I have installed the script without any troubles, but when i log in as an admin it keeps poping up saying (Application update reminder Updates available: 1),

MY question is can i click on it and do normal update or it will effect my whole script?

You should check what is this. Maybe it's only plugin, so You can update it. I don't think so it's core.

i don't think it's a plugin as it says (Discuz! Critical security update: Your current version has serious security vulnerability, as soon as possible repair Repair right now )

The update is (25000004 增强SQL的安全防御，请及时修复 ) it has to do with the SQL security issuse,what i'm afraid of may one of your modification has been detected as bug which actually not.

any one has made this update and nothing happend?

just reupload TWO files:
source/class/discuz/discuz_database.php
source/discuz_version.php
