Can't login

I've installed Discuz! X2 but can't login. After I fill my info and click on "login" it shows a blank page. What to do know?

I've just now transferred my forum to new host I want to know that what I've to change in /config/
config.global, config.ucenter; /
uc_server/data/config.inc.php.
