I offer you to download the VN LangPack, mainly created by you and discuz.vn, and unified by me.

It is required only to verify and correct some translation (if required),
and translate a few yet not translated lines!

Do you using Yahoo?
Y!m: vn_discuz you can contact an ask him about vietnamese package (They have a group of translator for mod and plugins, just for verify an have a best translate version only...)
discuz.vn is his website, i think you will have more experient when you visit...
And discuz! X 2.5 will be released soon...
