How to add PRICE to a reply(no thread)!

Hello Friends
i want to add a price to a reply post, NOT a thread!
fro example, a user create a thred, a request,
and i want to answer that, but i want to user PAY money to see that content or Attachment!

When you create a thread,
you can see 3 buttons beow the WYSIWYG area:
Read permissions | Price | Set the thread tags

Use "Price" for your goals.

but i found a other way!

i can set price for downloading attachment!!!

in speciefic forum, i want set a max allowed mony for attachment,
for example, in request su-forum a user req a image or .. and an other user anserd that and upload image and set price for attachment,
I want to restrict max money that second user can ask/set for attachment. do you can help me, please?
