Language naming conventions

After reading the international standard ISO-639,
I have understood that my naming of Chinese language (cn) is wrong.
ISO recommends the "zh" name for Chinese language.

So, I going to rename invalid language names (exactly "cn"),
and follow the ISO standards in a future.

How to fix:
1) Rename the folder /source/language/cn/ to "zh"
2) Rename the file /source/language/cn/cn.gif to "zh.gif"
3) Rename the "cn" to "zh" in your config/config_global.php
