I'm searching "Link" for the latest version.
I dont want to download all files discuz.

There is NO "Link" for the latest version.
Because of new latest revision can appear every 5 minutes, many times per day.

But you can get NOT ALL the files again,
but only latest modifications with one click!
In that case you have to install the TortoiseHG program:

After downloading you can get all the latest modifications:
PULL

Update your working copy to the latest revision:
UPDATE

I can't.
Developers does not watch the modified files.
Only the repository itself and your repository client (i.e. TortoiseHG) do this!
So you must download ALL THE FILES (clone) for the first time.
The client fixes this situation.
But after this it will PULL only modified files after the last fixed situation.
