1) Language identification
2) Language management
3) Country in user info
4) IP address management
etc.

Arabic people want to have a universal Arabic Language Flag.
We have to find or draw by ourself something like this:

but in our proportion:
X/Y = 3/2
i.e. 18px*12px like now

By the way,
maybe other ratio for ALL the flags wil be better,
I'm not sure...
X/Y = 4/3
i.e. 16px*12px
