Read permission values

I see the label at some thread: [Read permissions 100].

It would be nice to explain to our user what the permission digits means...

I.e.
Read permissions = 0 - This means BLA-BLA-BLA
Read permissions = 1 - This means BLA-BLA-BLA
Read permissions = 2 - This means BLA-BLA-BLA
Read permissions = 100 - This means BLA-BLA-BLA
Read permissions = 999 (How much value we can use?) - This means BLA-BLA-BLA

This is nice function

every user have permissions points

sometimes user want write thread and he want the admin to see it only

so he use this func. with high Read permissions points that just the admin have it !

How much value we can use?

Probably max value is 255.

Set user permission level for browse posts or attachments, ranging from 0 to 255. Set to 0 for prevent users from browsing any posts or attachments. When the user read permissions less than this setting (default is 1), then the user will not be able to read posts or download attachments.

I would also want to know how it works. There must be difference between 2 and 5, 10 and 25, 100 and 200, etc...
