But you have a blank page when you tried to see a user medals or view profile of "test" user.

So, it can be the same bug as usual - LANGUAGE error.
Did you tried the "Language Pack Diff" tool?

non ce n'est pas un problème de language mais un problème avec son compte donc il en a créer un autre avec une autre adresse mail et cela fonctionne,mais il désire récupérer son ancien compte andre13 avec tout ces messages.
