Search for "uploadbutton.png".
Must be the next:

I found this one under static\image\common\

I think my forum is been using this one all the time, instead of other language's.

This issue probbaly is related with the previous post I made about that I can't change language before login in.

nope, I just mannualy changed the default image with English version, (so it will always show us "Upload File")

I'm not that good with php and debug on php, I wish i could debug through and found out what exactly the problem is.
