I can not agree with this modification.
Instead of modifying a common templates,
you can modify y ...

edit important for Arabic lang too

Please explain your changes in
/template/default/common/common.css
/template/default/common/header.htm

I see your changes in /template/default/home/space_profile_body.htm ,
but I suggest to discuss it in a separate thread,
because of I can suggest an alternative solution.

I edit in common_rtl not common maybe i make wrong ,
For last file I add just spaces

without language only css

For now the patch is ok.
But there is a _small_ problem with the images names.
Tomorrow you (and me) will forget what is the difference between:
arw.gif and arw.png
popuptext_bg.gif and popuptext_bg.png

So, my suggestion is to replace:
arw.png with arw_rtl.gif
popuptext_bg.png with popuptext_bg_rtl.gif

The idea of that changes is OK.
But the CSS text decoration is BAD,
because of all the original indents are removed,
and some tabulations (1 character) are replaced with 4 spaces.
So it is became hard to detect the changes in WinMerge,
when comparing with the LTR file.
