Thank You (Add Language Script Support ML)

• Thank:   -plugin-    allow to give your thanks to author of post with many features "without pay points , reminder , member list that gives thanks ....." .
• Like:- - system in discuz- allow to make quick support to author of post without features .
• Rate : -system in discuz- allow to give points to user with short comment and with reminder but here you must pay points to reward the author (this the different between this and thanks plugin ).
