Good corrections. Thanx!
Now let you try to make a PATCH for apply to a repository

Go to your SVN client, select "Check for modifications", and then "Create a patch".

I'm using tortoise SVN , but i don't find menu "Check for modifications"

1. Open in explorer a parent folder of your local repository.
2. Right mouse click over your repository folder.
3. Select in context menu:
TortoiseSVN -> Create patch...
4. In the window "Create patch" check the checboxes that you want to include into this patch.
(you can choose not all the modifications, but only ones interesting for the problem that you want to solve by this patch)
5. Click OK for submit
6. Choose a folder and a file name for save the patch.
7. Archivate the resulting patch file and attach it to your forum posting.

Hmm,, like this?

Yes, the patch structure is OK now!

But there is another problem...
If you look inside the patch, you will see, that:

1) This patch compares two files from two your local repositories.
But it must compare your local folder with the SVN TRUNK COPY!

2) This patch compares two files starting from the "/upload/sources/language/adv/" folder.
But it must compare files from the root of discuzx repository "/".

3) This patch tried to replace ALL THE CONTENT of each file!
But it is required to replace ONLY REALLY MODIFIED LINES!

See the screenshot from TortoiseSVN Patch Viewer:

Resume:
we have to correct your SVN settings, to the goal of resulting patch will looks like this:
