[Android} popups are not coming in center after zooming.

every browser facing same problem

→ Handset Make/Model -: Samsung Galaxy S3 GT-i9300
→ NON-ROOTED

→ Android OS Version -: 4.3 Jellybean (27 December 2013)

→ Operator, APN & Type -: Aircel GPRS,aircelgprs (2G)

→ Country -: India

→ Platform-: Android

→ The bug is-: Always

→ Cloud Acceleration - : On as well Off

There is bug with popups. For example, I have NO popups here... rofl

problems in all discuz forum having same problem talk to browsers
uc forum, freeware society ,codersclub forum having all the browser behaving same
