How to configure the message in Notices will automatically be sent when the user make rate in post
Without the need to click on Check box as follows

maybe.in user group settings.......or open admin center and search>enter exact reason  .........i remember a tweak using which user has to tick the box forcefully...[or maybe it was only for mods.....] cant say that the box can be set to ticked already......
