search bar is crippled!!! new bug in new installation.need help

re installed and installed.....did it a couple of times.
but the search bar is always like this...has anyone got a fix.?


the background is disorted and the search button is not there....
is my discuzx3 is damaged or something.

It is your browser cache written from the previous version).
Just refresh the page with CTRL-F5.
