Check and Compare settings in two files:
config/config_ucenter.php
uc_server/config.inc.php

Corresponding parameters must be identical.

I don't have config.inc.php in uc/server :| dont remove this..
Can you upload it? I have my uc_key.

Upgrade X2.5 To X3.0 by upgrade.php + upload clean files Discuz! X3 to ftp
+ add date files.

The upgrade instruction said:
Make a backup first!
Only YOU are responsible for your data integrity and safety.

The file that you have lost (uc_server/config.inc.php) must be saved in your backup
