I can confirm what Pme saying;
the two places that he circled are supposed to be linked ( to somewhere) and I just see the blank text.
I used maxthon 4 and google chrome on the Win7 32 bit

I want write text like pic but got problem  i add 2 link  but cant click links like 1.message

As I can see, you tried to click a link INSIDE THE EDITOR TEXTAREA.
You are wrong! It is not a bug.
It is a common practice to disable links INSIDE THE TEXTAREA.
Just save the content, and then you can click your links as you wish.
