How they solved the problem?

Well... Since Discuz X2 is little lighter than X3, those advanced functions of X2 are working fine on Mobile Browsers. So, its already working fine on TechBrains.
The specified problem seems to be occuring only with latest versions, while accessing via Mobile Browser.
As you know, all these advanced featured are developed exclusively for PC, so it may not work fine on Mobile Phones..
In my opinion an enhanced Mobile version of Discuz!  will be good instead of altering Flash based functions on PC view..
