Why cant avatar be set from mobile version??

discuz cannot upload a users avatar while in mobile version.
but in uc forum one can upload is/her avatar from phone.there is a upload button there...
can this functionality be added to other forums too???

sorry i cannot post screenshots cause my phone cannot take screenshots..
