How to add system user groups credit

I saw in some forums that when Moderators, Super Moderators and Admins rate someone, their credit will not decrease and they can rate more than they have.. How can I do that in my forum?

Go to Admincp> Users> Admin Groups> Base settings (of required group) > Others>Point related> Uncheck :'Rate themselves points deduction' & Click Submit..
