How to tranfer to another host

Anyone please tell me how to transfer discuz to other host.

*Close the site first:
Admincp>Close the site
* Make a full backup of your files & Database.
* Go to your new hosting account & restore the file backup.
* Create a MySQL Database.
* Go to PHPMyadmin & import the database backup
* Edit the config files located in config folder & replace your old Database credentials with that of the new database..
* Done..

Warning!: Do with caution!
PS: Some premium webhosts (like HostGator) does this service for free.. So its better to ask your new hosting staffs about that, before transferring yourself..
