When switching language style is not correct.
After install the theme, select the Arabic language from the right beginning, such as style to show random row

i think that the change langusge button at top is only for the language selection for admin center.
to change the language for the full site you may need to check ...
your cpanel: file manager> config file in config folder...
change the desired language code..
or unselect the language you dont want...
or you can change the default language to whatever you want.

its easy to change it.
there is a sample config. also in the folder to check it.
