not loading css and page layout

hello
we had moved the forum to another host,but forum has some minor bugs,the topic lists are not loaded complately and its so destroyed, how to fix this problem? and also the login action doesnt work normaly on mobiles!
i also have updated the cash but nothing was changed!

I see no problems...

try checking a section ,you will see the problem...
the page in sections loads broken and irregular.

dd you check the config files properly???
also the u center config ...
and try clearing u center cache too..

i have checked them,all are right and i dont think they causes this problem

, but how can i clear the uc center cashe?

also i have find out if i change the forum lang like eng to presian , this problem will be solved! (maybe its ltr problem)

I see no problems at portal.php, forum.php, and any section...
