Plugin Problem

Hello,
I'm new member here.
I've installed the plugin "Add Prefix to Attachment"
Its working fine on PC.
But in mobile version the prefix isn't adding.
Plz help...

Tried in pc+mobile browsers. It isn't browser bug. The plugin needs to be improved.
