Attachment problem after change host

Hi
I have a problem with attachment after change host.
When click on attachmet file this message show:

Attachment is not exists or unable to read, please contact administrator.

All of files transfer successfully to new host and attachment exist in (data\attachment\forum)

Check permissions for the /data/ folder and all the folders and files inside it.

config_ucenter was configured incorrectly!
