Registration problem

Hi!
We have a problem and it is in users registration. in registeration page we have a security question and it's answer but it doesn't work correctly. As I said it doesn't work for example if the security answer is "discuzz"
the user can answer any other word and discuzz accept it. many spammers registered in my forum and I don't really know what I can to do. plz help me

A lot of bugs was fixed from version 3.0 to 3.2.
Try to upgrade your Discuz.

I have same error on Droidim.com

I have latest Discuz version (x3.2).I cant renew question or when i fill answer with true answer system say its false answer check pic
