Small changes in a language list

I've back to develope Discuz ML, with some new changes.

There is a small change to the list of available languages,
pls check the changes if you think it's useful and is needed (See in attached)

Desc:
We can support all the language, but does not check for it, for some reasons the language (specified, for example: cn or kr) is deleted -> the language list at top of page is display without image, also the language is not changed, we should remove the language which is not exist in language dir...
