how to remove some pings

Hi dear friend
the problem is "when we are loading a page we need a long time for these information retrival
waiting for discuz.gtmg.cn
waitinn s.pc.qq.com
and during these waitings, in page we can not see the post (ofcoarse header and some part being loaded).
I think these sites doesn't support some Ip as my Ip and cause a long time loading.
so what I did?
I change proxy preference for these to site and direct them to nowhere!!
then loading became so fast!"lightening"!
the question is how I can remove these pings???
ofcoarse I search in the site and found this one

but it is not enough.

Hey guys
I found one of them!!
go to plugins and disable qqconnect!!!
but anotherone??

1) Some Discuz functions used external URLs (i.e. check for Discuz updates).
2) Many plugins used their own external URLs.

If you do not want external connections, you have to disable that functions and that plugins.
