Thread cover image invalid vertical size

In the Image Style Forum there is a bug detected.
Some cover images have an invalid vertical size.

I.e. the post:
http://codersclub.org/discuzx/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=4293
have image size = 1 600px × 1 200px:

But the cover image is invalid size: 203px × 999px
