Full guide to allowing thread attachment

Hi guys, I am managing my forum from my J2ME Phone. So it's difficult for me to test the functions and features of Discuz. One such function is attachment. I cannot try all the possible things to make uploading attachments work.

So please anyone give me full guide from adding attachment types to allowing them in forums. I'll be very thankful.
