Not Able Connect to Cloud Platform

Hi,
I already follow all the instruction provide by official Discuz website.
Switch off all the plugin and clear the ID and Key before proceed then reset the ID and KEY, after that when I go into Manage Cloud Platform, then system show me the message as attachment. I repeat the method many times already, but still not works.


If I create a new subdomain and upload the original discuz platform download from official website, tehn I able to connect to cloud platform.
Kindly please advise any way to solve this? Because I need to use the QQ connect function.
