Unable to login in admin

I am using forum from last one year as admin

Suddenly i am unable to login in to admin panel

i am able to login in to forum
but my same password does not work in admin panel

which type hosting are you using bro~ paid or free ?

in most of free hostings discuz can't run properly...!
