I only see have discuz 3.2, 3.1 and 2.0. I not see have version 3.0

I onl use version 3.0 because 3.1 is not have many plugin but 3.0 will have all plugin that me need. Because I suggest should have a 3.0 MultiLingual or 3.0 vietnam. I want use 3.0 vietnam. How to me can dowload version vietnam?
