During Discuz Installation, I can not see languages other than Chinese

Hello,

I am trying to install Discuz in English language on my website.

I have downloaded Discuz!ML v.3.2 repository from discuz.ml website, I have uploaded all the files on my website but in source/language there are only "sc" and "tc".

Therefore, in the Install page I get only Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese, as you can see in this screenshot:



How can I get the English (and other languages), like codersclub forum has ?

Our modification is free but every language pack costs 200¥ though Discuz store. This is a japanese value, so the price is really low.

I would like to buy it, but the site is in Chinese language and I don't understand anything. Can I buy it with credit card?

And how can I help you with the translation?
