3 unzip upload folder to d:\worktemp\www\bbs (use winrar to unzip it)
4 open chrome, and enter: localhost/bbs/install(wwwroot is d:\worktemp\www)
5 all setting are default during the installing,except admin password and mysql password.
6 after installation, enter BBS by localhost/bbs/forum.php
my web server is : apach24 + php7 +MySQL + win10
