how to install the languages patches ?
do i have to install the chinese version first ?

If you want to install a single-language Arabic Discuz x3.2, you can get it from: https://github.com/AliAlMabhouh/ar-discuz

If you want to install a non-Arabic single-language Discuz - you have to install Chinese Discuz first, and then upload a new language with overwriting the old Chinese language.

But if you want to have more than one language at the same time - you have to install the MultiLingual Discuz! ML. And then add any additional language packs.

I think the first suggestion is a little bit problematic because some files of original discuz chinese version are different.
