No English or ML option in Discuz X3.3

I've uploaded a new X3.3 but while installing there are only CN simplified and CN traditional options for language. Why isn't there an ML or atleast English option? Can I get a language pack from somewhere?

Yeah developers deserve some respect. Anyways I don't want to buy the language pack. A friend of mine wanted a private forum do we decided to install Discuz but he's not willing to buy anythinh. ☺

What? Discuz has lost it. It was once a great forum management system. Cool they're now selling Discuz language. People would better hire a developer for a custom script. Miss the old days when it was a great script. ????????

I am sorry but many people do not have any respect for Discuz ML developers and support by removing any information/credits about true authors, even when they need help, so our team decided to provide only engine/modified Discuz without any extras (language packs).

You can buy any language pack in Codersclub via paypal.
But at the official Chinese site http://addon.discuz.com
you have Chinese Language and can pay by Chinese money only (Yuan).
